Evidence-based therapy for women navigating life, motherhood, and everything in between.
Hi! I’m Dr. Colandrea, I created Her Balanced Life Therapy & Wellness to focus specifically on the unique needs of women. I work with women who are carrying the weight of multiple responsibilities and feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from themselves. Despite giving their all to others, many struggle to feel confident or believe they are doing enough. Therapy provides a space to reconnect with their strengths, restore balance, and prioritize their well-being.
If this feels familiar, you’re not alone. I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to keep carrying it all on your own. My goal as your therapist is to create a space where you can exhale, feel understood, and begin to reconnect with yourself.
