Hi, I'm Dr. Caitlin Colandrea.
For more than 15 years, I've worked in the field of psychology supporting children, families, and school communities. Through my private practice, I am excited to expand my work by providing therapy to women who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or stuck in a season of life that feels difficult to navigate alone. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are while gaining tools and strategies to help you move toward the life you want.
When I'm not working, you'll likely find me spending time with my family, exercising, enjoying the outdoors, or searching for ways to create more balance in my own life.
I'm glad you're here.
